Mont-Valin, a Snowmobiler’s Paradise
In Quebec’s Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean
Region, the Mont-Valin area is a favorite destination among snowmobilers. Sometimes
starting as early as November and lasting as late as April, the conditions are
ideal for snowmobile excursions.
Featuring the highest of the
region’s mountains, with elevations of over 900 meters above sea level, the Mont-Valin
area experiences an abundance of snowfall. It’s the perfect setting for outdoor
enthusiasts to enjoy an exciting winter experience.
Snowmobile tours on Mont-Valin are
characterized by sweeping uphill treks and, when the conditions are right,
stunning vistas. In fact, the mountain has five peaks, and many tours plan on
viewing them all. These are Pic du Mont Victor-Tremblay (780 m), Pic du lac du
Syndicat (800 m), Pic du lac Boivin (900 m), Pic du Le Dos de Cheval (900 m)
and Pic des Monts Sainte-Marguerite (920 m).
With the beautiful views and
long snow season, this area is a must-do for any serious snowmobiler. At Ontario
Quebec Snowmobile Tours, we help customers organize unforgettable outdoor
adventures. We encourage you to check out our tour packages and select the one
that suits you. Custom tours are also available upon request. Our guides are
